Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field.
[3+] years of experience in technical support or IT roles, with a focus on mobile device management and support.
Proficiency in MDM solutions such as MobileIron, VMware AirWatch, Microsoft Intune, or JAMF.
Strong knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android), their operating systems, and associated applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Effective communication skills and the ability to assist end users with varying technical backgrounds.
Familiarity with mobile device security best practices and compliance regulations.
Basic scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) for automation and troubleshooting tasks.
Experience with remote troubleshooting and support tools.
Relevant certifications such as MobileIron Certified Professional (MICP) or CompTIA Mobility+ are a plus.

Provide technical support and assistance to end users regarding mobile device setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Monitor device health, security compliance, and performance, taking proactive measures to address any issues that arise.
Assist in the setup and enrollment of new mobile devices, ensuring a smooth onboarding process for employees.
Respond to and resolve escalated technical issues related to mobile devices, applications, and connectivity.
Collaborate with security teams to enforce mobile device security policies and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Create and maintain documentation related to MDM processes, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in mobile technology and MDM solutions.
Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new MDM technologies and tools.
Provide training and guidance to end users on mobile device usage, features, and best practices.
