Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Endpoints Engineer, Intune/JAMF - ETS, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune or JAMF. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical initiatives, and ensure the secure and efficient operation of our organization's endpoints.
In this opportunity as Sr Endpoints Engineer, Intune/JAMF - ETS, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Intune-based or JAMF-based solutions for endpoint management, ensuring alignment with business needs and security requirements.
  • Manage and optimize the endpoint management infrastructure, including configuration, policies, profiles, and software distribution.
  • Oversee the configuration, deployment, and administration of the JAMF infrastructure, including policies, profiles, and software distribution.
  • Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce security best practices, ensuring endpoints are compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex endpoint-related issues, including device provisioning, application deployment, and security incidents.
  • Lead projects related to endpoint management, from planning and design to execution and documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in endpoint management and security to drive continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers within the team, fostering their technical growth and knowledge in Intune/JAMF and endpoint management.
  • Integrate JAMF-based endpoint management solutions with other IT systems and tools by collaborating with cross-functional teams.

About You:

As a Sr Endpoints Engineer, Intune/JAMF - ETS, you should possess a diverse skill set that combines technical expertise, business acumen, and strong interpersonal skills. Some of the critical skills for this role include:
 

  • [5+] years of experience as an Endpoints Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Intune/JAMF.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience with Windows 10 deployment, SCCM, Intune, JAMF, Office 365, Azure AD, and MDM/MAM
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune or JAMF, including policy configuration, application deployment, and device compliance.
  • Deep understanding of modern endpoint security practices and technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as mobile device platforms (iOS, Android).
  • Ability to manage users and devices in Intune/JAMF, deploy Intune clients and set up mobile device management
  • Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD) user/Device groups and user licenses
  • Experience with Autopilot deployment and Window Server Configuration and Administration
  • Familiarity with network protocols, Active Directory, and Group Policy management
  • Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Bash, AppleScript, etc.) for automation and customization of solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Project management experience with the ability to lead and execute technical projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft Intune Certified Expert, JAMF Certified Casper Technician (JCCT) or JAMF Certified Casper Administrator (JCCA) are a plus.

Primary Responsibilities: You are fit for the role of a Senior Technical Business Analyst Engineering role if you have: Basic qualifications: Candidates should have Minimum 5 to 10 Years. Remote management of Windows systems located in various datacenters across the world Level 3 – Windows systems administration Recovering incidents, implementing changes, participate in strategic projects System upgrades such as firmware, OS, application, and security patch evaluation and deployment Coordination with hardware vendors for hardware related issues Providing support and assisting other groups in problem resolution. Communicate status updates on incident resolution, Change execution and projects as appropriate.   Required competencies:   Technical Extensive (4+ years L3) Windows systems administration experience. Windows server OS knowledge: Windows 2019, Windows 2016, Windows 2012. Experience with high availability and disaster recovery solutions and tools, including working knowledge of high availability (failover) clustering. Working knowledge involving volumes from SAN and NAS and clear understanding of CIFS. Understanding of iSCSI and Fiber Channel Experience with snapshot technologies such as NetApp Snapshots and SnapDrive Hands on experience in resolving system performance issues, root cause analysis and complex problems.
