The Tech Support Specialist provides technical support to fast paced healthcare environment.  This function includes in person, hands on support, remote support to incident management response and restoration; determination of issue priority, service request fulfillment; installations, upgrades, and releases/deployments; and problem management analysis and resolution.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and investigate trends and issues
  • Work is frequently completed without established procedures
  • Works independently and with a team
  • Act as a resource for others
  • May coordinate others’ activities
  • Respond to and resolve reported computer software, hardware, operating system 
  • Fulfill service requests
  • Perform installations, upgrades, releases & deployments

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or Higher)
  • 1+ years of Customer Service Experience
  • Valid driver’s License
  • Ability to travel 25% 
  • Ability to provide coverage on weekends & holidays on an on call basis

  • Tech support experience
  • Active directory experience
  • MS Office experience (teams, outlook, exchange)

New York City, NY Residents Only: The hourly range for New York City, NY residents is $18.80 to $36.78 per hour.
