Primary Responsibilities: Analyze Business Requirements: Understand and translate business needs into technical specifications Develop Custom Solutions: Design, code, test, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components Integrate Systems: Perform Salesforce integration with other systems and applications Maintain and Enhance: Continuously improve and enhance the Salesforce platform Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and fix bugs to ensure the stability and functionality of applications Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with project managers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Document and Train: Write technical documentation and provide training for Salesforce users Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Primary Responsibilities: Monitors work queues for alerts of potential network threats, intrusions, and/or compromises Assess validity and scope to determine if the alert is actionable and determine remediation steps required Confirm accuracy of the alerting information Identify malicious behaviors Determine remediation actions needed Escalate incident to proper team for response and remediation Participate in specialized guild related activities and projects Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
