Position in this function drive and lead the process reengineering and transformation program across clinical processes (medical claims, Clinical appeals, prior authorization etc), including managing projects portfolio with dedicated team of black belts/project managers, people management, governance with Stakeholders, collaboration with technology and analytics teams on a solutioning, architecture and implementation. This role will be accountable to drive all projects to completion as per defined timelines and roadmap.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Overall program management of portfolio
• Lead and oversees work performed by a team of Six Sigma practitioners & project managers in aligned span.
• Tracks and ensures that process improvement goals in aligned span are met and relevant initiatives are launched to support attainment of critical business objectives.
• Leads functional or segment teams or projects.
• Frontlines and collaborates well with leaders and with Stateside business partners.
• Drives execution in partnership with Automation, technology and analytics teams across enterprise
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Project Management certification
• 10+ years of extensive work experience in Six Sigma and automation projects
• Extensive work experience in working with medical directors, nurses, CMO etc
• Program management – Experience in managing transformation roadmaps
• Experience in projects involving emerging technologies (automation, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Artificial Intellgience, etc)
• Experience solving major project or customer issues
• Demonstrated experience in change management
• Extensive experience in working with stakeholders across leadership levels
• Understanding of payer clinical business and processes (Medical claims, Clinical appeals, Prior authorization etc)
• Proven excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master degree of Business Administration
• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Project and program management experience
• Design thinking experience
• Exposure to a US Healthcare account in previous role or organization
• Medical background
