About the role:

This will be an individual role based in Brijwasan (Delhi ) & the resource at this capacity should be Handling entire security systems for North Zone and shall be reporting in to Senior Manager at Central.

Responsibilities:

Technical & Project management:

  • This functional role shall include the layout design , estimation , Planning and erection .
  • The role includes experience of at least 8+ years in project management out of which should have spent 5 years in similar(LV) industry
  • Project co-ordination,execution with an understanding & certification (preferred) in CAD / BIM design .
  • The Minimum Technical qualification should be BE/ BTech with Tier 1/tier 2 university in ELectronics/ Elec & Tc/ Electrical with a PG (added advantage ) and has proficiency on Field experience to technically diagnose, understand & resolve issues independently and contains strong IT Networking skills to note the CCTV backbone
  • There will be moderate travel across region beyond Delhi/ NCR and thus should be ready to depute self during any stage of project .
  • The role will also be extended to carryout Operational & Maintenance for all the large scale sites of all formats ensuring 98% uptime.
  • Summarizing the activity , this will also involveBOQ preparation , preparation of co-ordinated layout , Mapping assets (old & new), Co-ordinating for PR/PO with MIS executive , handling System integrators & security vendors and monitoring the progress at sites and completion within SLA and getting the invoice approval from ground team.
  • Softskills - Good speaking skills , presentation and has innovative ideas to bring technology change.
  • Should be self starter, ready to learn , work collaboratively , enthusiastic to take additional responsibilities.
  • is motivated and keen to work on technology change in Ecosystem . PMP, Scrum, Agile , Prince ( preferred) Stakeholder management with F&I, Operations, finance, APST operations, IT , PMO,EHS related to RSA audits for field activities - including project initiation, project planning, project schedule & Execution along with quality of work.
  • Working in close co-ordination with Command centre team and laying the vendor SOP Post project completion to support 24/7 for rectification , replacement and maintenance . Should be able to propose cost control intiatives, loss prevention strides and be responsible for Opex and Capex . Integrated security systems , Salvaging of assets , issue resolution , working with procurement , conflict management , quality controls and also supervision of overall region
