Job Summary: Support acceleration of Extrusion North America (ENA) growth, modernization, sustainability, and long-term performance.  This position will report directly to the VP Finance & Strategy.

 

Required Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field – Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant business experience
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Fluency in English

  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Critical thinker
  • Ability to develop and pitch comprehensive business cases from concepts/ideas
  • Communication expert up and down within the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills to ensure organizational credibility and support
  • Ability to work directly with Business Unit, Business Area and Corporate stakeholders

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Development of ongoing market, product, and plant portfolio opportunities
  • Oversee development, execution, and communication of “Full Potential Transformation Program”
  • Lead development and approval of large capital investment business cases
  • Support M&A projects and assessments as assigned
  • Oversee holistic Sustainability pillars, including Recycling/Remelt strategy development, PCS expansion, and low carbon value
  • Support North America Trade and Public Affairs initiatives as assigned
  • Special strategic business topics as assigned
  • 25%-50% regular travel to ENA and global corporate locations as needed
