Job Description

What you’ll do

  • Ensure maximum recovery from defaulters accounts through agencies outbound telephone contact and field in a timely and comprehensive manner. 
  • Acknowledge user's vulnerabilities and recognize the reason for delinquency and indulge them in Negotiation while using a consultative approach to clearly communicate all available payment options.
  • Do regular quality checks to ensure code of conduct is maintained
  • Grow and nurture the team that results in building an efficient and mature team.
  • Meet and endeavor to exceed metrics on collection effectiveness, compliance regulations and productivity as per goals.
  • Build an in-house recovery team and drive them to meet the collection team target

Qualifications

  • Graduate or postgraduate from a recognized university can apply 
  • Prior experience in collection is preferred 
  • 14 - 20 years of relevant experience
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and listening skills. Excellent negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a windows environment.
  • Strong people management skills
  • Experience in credit card or unsecured loan is preferred
