What you will do

 

  • Procurement process execution
  • Identify Business Value and agreement rationalization opportunities within the portfolio
  • Execute bids and conduct techno-commercial negotiations
  • Provide portfolio specific market intelligence to peers and Business Lines
  • Steward tactical business relationship for key portfolio activities
  • Supplier Relationship Management activities  
  • Ensure transactional efficiency of agreements (SAP friendly)
  • Resolve invoice and purchase order related recycle by identifying and eliminating root causes.
  • Support other Contract Leads/Managers as needed.

About you


Skills and Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelors in engineering in any related field with minimum 6 CGPA.
  • Procurement professional with minimum 7 years of experience preferably in Lubricants Additives and Base oil. 
  • Develop, maintain portfolio of Lubricant Base oil, Additives. 
  • Develop Total System Cost based strategies and category plans. 
  • Prepare procurement plans and awards for review and approval. 
  • Supplier relationship management to drive value, efficiency, Contract administration with intense commercial activity.
  • Procurement process expertise
  • Analytical skills / knowledge of “Total System Cost” principles
  • Procurement experience related to Lubricant Additives, Base Oil 
  • General industry and global market knowledge

 

Preferred Skills:
 

  • Effective negotiation, advocacy and influencing skills.
  • Knowledge of PtP process including ERP systems
