- Develop agreements for the acquisition of third party goods and services required by Business Clients on a timely basis with competitive terms
- Drive value, efficiency and expanded market advantage via end-to-end category management phases, while ensuring operational integrity
About you
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field of Contracts Lead -Catalyst & Chemical.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with minimum 6 CGPA or Equivalent.
- Responsible for establishing Strategic vision for the commodity, evaluating and sourcing suppliers and managing ongoing supplier relationship to drive projects to achieve the objectives of global requirement.
- Plan, organize and control business, contracts, negotiations for Catalyst and Chemical Contracts.
- Provide assistance in negotiating medium to high complexity contracts, drafting/review Statement of Work, Global agreements and other vendor contracts with internal customer and vendor legal, when needed as well as manage end to end contract lifecycle.
- Bring industry expertise in supporting category strategies that drive savings and business transformation. Analyzes the supply market to understand industry trends, market competitiveness, goods, services, alternatives, etc.
- Develop analytics to get insights in vendor bids and current demand opportunities.
- Spend management – Market intelligence, analyze the expenditure and patterns to identify opportunity for consolidation, supplier base rationalization, demand management, alternative analysis etc..
- Handle complete Procure to Pay (P2P) activities and operations.
- Responsible for contract life-cycle management for assigned projects while leveraging relevant partners across the organization.
- Operational Excellence - Manage designated work stream to meet customer and business needs. Have clear goals and objectives of assigned projects. Build accountability for and show progress in achieving results. Identify and address improvement opportunities.
- Driving supplier contract management, conducting supplier negotiations, analytically formulating and executing comprehensive supplier management strategies based on the global business environments in the Labor market trend
Preferred Qualifications/Experience:
Experience in the field of processed chemicals and catalysts, reclamation and regeneration of catalysts used in refineries and chemical plant Procurement process expertise
Analytical skills / knowledge of TSC/TCO principles
General industry and global market knowledge
Effective negotiation, advocacy and influencing skills
Knowledge of PtP process including ERP systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work across different cultures and organizations
Fast learner, results/customer oriented
