What role you will play in our team

 

  • Support PtP Non ERP systems (GEP/Ariba/ChromeRiver) including access administration, system upgrades, enhancements and maintenance

What you will do

 

  • Support PtP Non ERP systems (GEP/Ariba/ChromeRiver) including access administration, system upgrades, enhancements and maintenance (e.g.: issue escalation, resolution & prioritization)
  • Custodian for Cloud PtP systems and user personas which includes understanding the risk assessment, conflict roles matrix, decision making, business requirements and approve the system role creation and changes
  • Support Project manager & leads to define support model, responsibility matrix and lead business process changes
  • Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders on Supplier onboardings & B2B enablement requests on Cloud PtP solutions
  • Troubleshoot, Analyze & resolve issues related to System Interfaces, PO transmissions failures, SES rejections, Order confirmations & Ship notices on PtP Cloud solution
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in the areas with recurrent processes or system errors and propose innovative solutions
  • Lead system enhancements across all Non ERP systems/modules
  • Perform periodic reviews of the PtP controls mitigating the risk in the processes, as per the predefined guidelines
     

About you


Skills and Qualifications.
 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or IT from a recognized university, with a score of GPA 6 and above
  • Minimum three years of relevant work experience in Procurement and knowledge on PtP process and Saas Systems like Sourcing, Buying, Catalogues, Travel & Expense, Requisitioning
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence without authority
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint - intermediate level) and Outlook


Preferred Qualifications/Experience.
 

  • Ariba/GEP/ChromeRiver techno functional knowledge
  • Controls and audit independence Mindset with Logical thinking
  • Applies Learning, communicates effectively, decision making capability
  • Clear understanding of Procurement System
  • Controls and Change Management Application.
