Job description 

The responsibilities for this role include:

• Support global users in day-to-day system administration (e.g., new user login support, new project records creation, role-level access maintenance, data integrity assurance)
• Support the portfolio management team and business leaders in importing and extracting data from PPM Pro to produce Power BI-based dashboards and reports
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards as per the requirements from internal customers
• Support testing of new features and functions thoroughly in the test environment before deployment
• Document new processes and procedures

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems or B.E / B.Tech from an accredited university/college
• Business Analytics experience
• Minimum 2 Yrs work experience in industry
• Experience with crafting sophisticated reports and dashboards in Power BI required
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and build positive relationships
• Meticulous and organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Expertise with sophisticated functions and calculations in Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in crafting workflows, diagrams, and presentations in Microsoft Powerpoint or Visio
