Achieve sales quotas for allocated territory on a quarterly and annual basis by:

  • Lead, manage, and inspire a team of Enterprise Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that align with the company's objectives and market trends, fostering business growth in the ITES sector.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts to drive market penetration and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Enterprise clients, understanding their challenges and providing effective solutions that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and drive sales strategy for the territory in conjunction with Sales Operations to effectively Go-To-Market including understanding the competitive landscape, presence and strength within the region
  • Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development and opportunity development and driving revenue by assisting Enterprise Sales Representatives in closing opportunities
  • Recruit, coach and mentor team members to drive individual and team excellence
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and professional development for the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Build effective working relationships with Solution Consulting, Sales Specialists, Technical Support, Professional Services, Legal, Sales Operations, Marketing and the ServiceNow Executive Leadership
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and develop new business opportunities.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and enhance our competitive positioning.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Product Development, and Marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Building effective relationships and business plans with Go To Market Partners and acting as the face of ServiceNow to drive revenue opportunities within target markets

 

Qualifications -

  • Masters in Business, Marketing, or a related field from top-tier institutions
  • Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
  • Proven track record of at least 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience in the Enterprise space within the SaaS industry with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  • Extensive track record of New Business sales success including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C Level within the India market
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise sales processes, complex deal structures, and negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a history of consistently exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Dynamics) and other sales-related tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing dynamics
  • Strong success in recruiting, coaching and managing an exceptional sales team
  • Experienced in driving sales process and drive effective working relationships with Sales Operations
