What You'll Do:

 

• Proactively develop new business with agency clients

• Possess a deep understanding of Criteo solutions. Collaborate with 
Product Sales Specialists as experts on new products. 
• Become a trusted advisor to Agency clients with an understanding of the Agency client portfolio, their tactical and strategic priorities, and how they align to Criteo solutions. 
• Prepare, Present and Follow-up with Clients and prospects. 
• Engage with Agency clients through standard and novel method: training, marketing engagement, QBRs and product roadmap sessions. 
• Be accountable to your number and achieving set revenue goals each quarter. 
• Be able to think strategically and tactically, balancing long-term opportunities while ensuring to hit revenue targets. 
• Work collaboratively with internal partners including Product, Marketing, Product Sales Specialists, and Field Operations. 
• Operate with a high degree of consistency and accountability. 
• Act as a strategic partner to agencies and align their KPI’s to Criteo solutions. 
• Deliver against client requests, even under tight timelines.

Who You Are:

• 10+ years of strategic sales experience, preferably in Adtech.

• Experience in relationship driven business development targeting Agency/Holding Company clients. 
• Knowledge of OTT/CTV/Video product offerings. 
• Knowledge of Agency and AdTech eco-system offerings. 
• Solutions oriented mindset and problem-solving skills. 
• A perpetual learner; open to partnership, feedback and coaching

This position typically works under general supervision and direction, and incumbents will regularly exercise discretionary and some decision-making authority associated with the technical scope.   Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the project leadership team with technical issues. Support the program manager in establishing and maintaining engineering project schedules and cost budgets. Support the project team in troubleshooting and documenting complex systems issues and ensure appropriate correction is defined. Ensure delivery of engineering solutions meet budget, schedule, and agreed scope. Interface with customers on engineering requirements, issues, planning, and status updates. Utilize system documentation such as design documents and API specification to integrate new system features. Serve as technical support for customers, supporting technical presentations, discussions, and workshops. Participate in cross-team collaboration using tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Slack. Monitor software development activities and status using Jira. Support defect identification and resolution and monitor test status using tools such as TestRail. Support collaborations with internal departments, customer representatives, third-party suppliers, and other stakeholders in support of issue resolution. Work with functional engineering managers to support customer needs with additional resources. Communicate with customers and engineering to troubleshoot issues, isolate the root cause, and deliver solutions or implement workarounds. Manage support requests and customer expectations throughout the D&B and deployment support process to ensure customer success and satisfaction. Document all relevant details from the initial report of an issue, through troubleshooting, escalation, and resolution. Respond to customers in a professional and timely manner to deliver workarounds and solutions for complex technical problems.   Who you are: A collaborative team player and proactive self-starter, requiring minimal supervision for crucial task completion. Demonstrates a strong technical foundation, showcasing practical skills with engineering problem-solving and analytical tasks. Passionate about acquiring new knowledge and adept at solving intricate system issues independently.   Minimum Job Requirements: Four-year college degree in Computer Science/Information Technology Engineering or related technical discipline. Two (2)+ years of related experience, or an applicable master’s degree. Experience in creating, analyzing, documenting, and testing system and subsystem designs. Ability to read APIs and proficiency with programming languages such as Python etc. Mental ability to perform engineering problem-solving and analytical tasks.
