Overview
The Risk and Performance Reporting Specialist is a newly created role within Information Security reporting to the Director of Information Security Risk and Performance Management.
The position is responsible for leading the Risk and Performance Management initiatives, enhancement projects, and will serve as a team lead within the RPM-R group. The RPM-R team serves to provide meaningful insight to enable effective decision making for the purpose of reducing information security risks for PepsiCo and improving the performance of the Information Security organization. Additionally, the position is accountable for serving as the in region lead, providing oversight and delivery of data management and governance frameworks, requirements, and processes, the development of report automation capabilities, and the operational reporting of risk and performance metrics for various global audiences ranging from operational leaders to PepsiCo Board of Directors.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for serving as a lead specialist on the Risk and Performance Management Reporting (RPM-R) team
• Responsible for managing special projects, evolutionary initiatives, and contributing towards the delivery of RPM-R growth against the developed maturity model.
• Accountable for the sustainment and continuous improvement of the reporting framework including data management and governance
• Accountable for supporting the development of report automation capabilities
• Accountable for supporting the operational reporting of risk and performance metrics for various global audiences ranging from operational leaders to PepsiCo Board of Directors
Qualifications
• 6+ Years of Information Security or Risk Management Experience
• 6+ Years of Reporting / Visualization / Database Experience
• 3+ Years of Program Evolution / Maturity Experience
• Strong experience with data analytics, data warehousing, PowerBI, and Azure technologies.
• Strong knowledge of the Information Security domain
• Experience growing remits, frameworks, and associated processes
• Experience with identifying, analyzing, and reporting on value-added key risk indicators and key performance indicators related to information security, cybersecurity or broader IT
• Experience with productivity software such as Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Analytics, BI or related discipline
• A self-driven and motivated individual with proven ability to lead the development of security metrics programs involving a multitude of areas and stakeholders
• Knowledgeable of information security industry frameworks (e.g. ISO, NIST, COBIT)
• Experienced in leveraging agile techniques and project management methodology
• Able to present effectively using several reporting and presentation tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Able to identify measures or indicators of data quality and the actions needed to improve or correct performance relative to the goals
• Understands data integration, both real-time and batch• Understands data quality and governance solutions
• An excellent communicator both orally and in writing
• Able to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
• Analytically astute determining how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes
• Preferred: Masters Degree in a complimentary field of expertise (MIS, IT, Analytics, etc)
• Preferred: Advance certifications specific to role (such as CISA / CRISC / CISSP / etc.)
