Overview
This role supports DevSecOps (Sustain) of the PepsiCo Global Template, including the NA market changes. Objectives are to ensure provide IT support for the Pricing execution of CPG business processes. Deep experience in Condition Contract Settlement on Accruals Management & Claim Settlements is a must. Additional support will be required to support both PBNA and FLNA trade solutions. The role will also conduct retrofits of the design and configuration of the template.
This role is responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, and supporting the PGT Order to Cash –Pricing and CCS Processes. The role requires integration between multiple teams, including TPM, A/R, and RTR.
Responsibilities
• Partner with all of the PBNA Functional and enabling teams to implement, deploy and sustain the end-to-end TPM solution – Accountable• Partner and collaborate across other sectors including Europe, FLNA and Global functional areas• Support timely decision-making and manage escalations for functional integration topics as part of the sustainment and delivery of PepsiCo Global Template for PBNA• Engage with the Design Authority as necessary to support key design decisions – Accountable• Partner and collaborate closely with PBNA CIODevSecOps as well as other IT functions (including but not limited to CTO, InfoSec)• Collaborate with the Global Solution Design Leads and Global Process Leads to design, implement and sustain the Global Template – Consult/Execute• Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities – Consult / Execute Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against – Consult / Execute• Participate in Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies – Consult / Execute• Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute• Adopt and and adhere to PAM principles and values Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encourage do Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.• Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the business units – Consult /Execute
Qualifications
Years of Experience:
5+ years of experience configuring, deploying, and managing SAP ERP processes with a focus on SAP Pricing, Rebates and Condition Contract Settlement within OTC
Technical skills Required:
• Condition Contracts Management (CCM) for calculation of various types of Accruals and Settlement scenarios• Implement Pricing Enhancements including custom requirements, formulas, BADIs and other custom objects• Strong experience with functional and solution knowledge in end-to-end Order to Cash – Pricing configuration, CCS Configuration and Accruals, Condition Contract Settlement. • CCS Design, Development, and implementation, including integration across other functional areas, i.e. Accounts receivables (AR), Record to report (RTR) etc.• Strong Order to Cash Pricing, CCM and IPC experience in a global solution development, support, and governance capacity• Integration of CCS with SAP TPM is a big plus
• Familiarity with CPG/beverages business processes and nuances related to trade management across multiple business units• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization to lead the implementation• Ability to work flexible hours and travel based on varying business requirements• Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have SAP Solution Manager, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, ServiceNow • Solves highly complex problems and leads to a solution within a work team• Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences• Adaptability and flexibility including the ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and change
