Overview

Responsible to ensure that the PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) deployment supports the execution of business processes related to SAP CBP and Promotion Planning, ATPM, and TPO. Working very closely with Business and IT counterparts to deliver fully functional ATPM/TPO/UDF solutions to PepsiCo business. PepsiCo has open door policy and consultant is okay to talk to the business directly to understand the ask or any clarification needed. PepsiCo always value thoughts and ideas, big or small. The consultant should be able to explain the thought well with IT and business and open to work as a team and not silo

Responsibilities

• Partner with all of the PBNA Functional and enabling teams to implement, deploy and sustain the end-to-end TPM solution – Accountable• Partner and collaborate across other sectors including Europe, FLNA and Global functional areas

• Support timely decision-making and manage escalations for functional integration topics as part of the sustainment and delivery of PepsiCo Global Template for PBNA• Engage with the Design Authority as necessary to support key design decisions – Accountable• Partner and collaborate closely with PBNA CIODevSecOps as well as other IT functions (including but not limited to CTO, InfoSec)

• Collaborate with the Global Solution Design Leads and Global Process Leads to design, implement and sustain the Global Template – Consult/Execute

• Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities – Consult / Execute Work closely and collaborate with onshore and offshore scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against – Consult / Execute

• Participate in Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies – Consult / Execute

• Along with scrum team identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Execute

• Adopt and and adhere to PAM principles and values Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing waste Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encourage do Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams.

Qualifications

Years of Experience:

• 7+ years of SAP CRM TPM and ECC / S4 integration experience is preferred within Trade promotion integration areas – Customer Business planning, PAK, IP, AMDP, Promotion Planning • 2+ years of SAP ECC/S4 integration experience with TPM

Technical skills Required:

• Strong experience in end-to-end Trade Management planning, Trade Promotion Optimization with ATMA, UDF & TPO. 

• In-depth knowledge of SAP BW, IP, PAK – Planning Functions, BW aggregations in promotion planning, Planning queries

• Knowledge of all master data objects required to support the Promotion Planning and Execution (business partner and Business roles, customer hierarchy, Product, Product Hierarchy etc.)

• Familiarity with CPG/beverages business processes and nuances related to trade management across multiple business units

• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization to lead the implementation

• Ability to work flexible hours and travel based on varying business requirements

• Knowledge and experience in the following tools, disciplines and processes are nice to have SAP Solution Manager, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, ServiceNow 

• Solves highly complex problems and leads to a solution within a work team

• Strong influencing, facilitating, and consulting skills in working with stakeholders at all levels in the organization and across departments

• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in timelines and sequences

Overview PepsiCo Global Template (PGT) PBNA Lead has primary oversight of DevSecOps for Master Data Governance (MDG) and SAP Workflow. The role will be the main escalation point of contact between baseline business teams and the PGT project and ensure any critical functional gaps and/or defects are prioritized for closure. Additionally, the role will be responsible for all subsequent PBNA releases. Key to success in this role will be the ability to optimize the PepsiCo ways of working amongst many different stakeholder groups, drive clarity on roles and responsibilities in this new space.
