Responsibilities Ensure all EHS related reports are prepared and shared on time. Conduct data analysis and prepare required reports to enable the EHS team to set right priorities including but not limited to injury trends, audit repetitive findings, common system weaknesses, common areas of non-conformities or non-compliance across the different departments, repetitive reported unsafe conditions or unsafe behaviours through near misses or any other means. Own the EHS documents and records keeping and filing, and ensure filing is done in an organized and easily accessible way and is made ready when needed. Follow up in timely and proactive approach on the completion of all EHS related corrective/preventive actions (C/PA). Follow all required reporting and transactions on myEHS including but not limited to incidents reporting and fulfilment of all requirement, metrics reporting, progress and completion of Prepare regular performance reports and presentations. Track all EHS expenses and compare against available funds and advise accordingly. Creating Purchase Orders (PO) and completing Goods Received (GR) creation, follow ups and invoice submission. Scheduling and following up on activities such as (inspections, safety Follow up on EHS contracts and ensure on-time prior-to-expiry renewals. Follow up on plant clinic/first- aid room and ensure proper functionality including but not limited to competent staff, availability and continuous replenishment of medicines, cleanliness. Follow up and ensure timely updates of EHS documents including but not limited to risk registers, aspect/impact register, Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) and related lists, Permit to Follow up on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) availability and timely replenishment. Active participation in the risk assessments, accident investigations, communication, planning, Reward and Recognition (R&R), Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP), monitoring, inspections and audits as assigned by the EHS MS or the EHS Manager. Responsibilities   The opportunity This role will be responsible for PFNA Compute & Cloud infrastructure delivery and transformation. PepsiCo Foods North America (Frito-Lay US & Canada and Quaker Oats US & Canada) is going through cloud transformation, moving from distributed on-premise localized solutions for inventory management, logistics, manufacturing, sales, reporting, and other tools. This role is critical to the success of PepsiCo's cloud journey and will be on the frontline with application owners, compute, and cloud engineering and architecture. This role will manage a $10MM annual OPEX budget supporting ~400 field locations across the US and Canada, as well as PFNA specific applications in centralized data centers. This role will manage relationships, RFP, and SOW creation and management with multiple 3rd party managed service organizations to help deliver a successful transformation. Post transformation this role will work closely with key business leaders and CIO partners to develop new cloud environments, maintain environment currency and plan refresh of environments year over year to ensure all application environments are sustainable and supportable. Your Impact As The Infrastructure Delivery Cloud Compute Manager your scope will consist of:  Deliver compute and cloud technology life cycle program across the PepsiCo Foods North America Sector with 95% asset life currency across ~400 sites, multiple data centers, and ~10,000 devices Delivery and refresh of on-premise compute resources to edge and virtual compute environments. Utilize current standards to bridge the needs of on-premise compute to cloud Partner with CIO application owners, engineering, and architecture to design and implement a cloud transition model that is sustainable and repeatable Develop and implement a cloud refresh model that ensures our cloud infrastructure is current and sustainable. Warehouse Person (Loader) - Rotating Shifts

$19.20 per hour This labor-intensive position is responsible for hand building pallets of product for bulk, and route trucks. Each type of loading requires strict attention to order accuracy with respect to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. Works from Electronic order system or order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack. Position is responsible for accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation. Follows warehouse instructions in building loads (). Employees must maintain a clean and safe work environment. Position may be required to work across a wide variety of weather conditions and hours, shift duration depends on work load and may vary daily.  Transport truck loading involves moving full pallets of products from the warehouse onto a trailer and removing any returned pallets/plastic flats. Responsible for unloading raw materials and placing them in designated warehouse space.  Bulk truck loading involves selecting designated packages and flavors of products from the warehouse and loading them onto a pallet. Position is responsible for maintaining the stability of the pallet through proper stacking and shrink-wrapping. In most cases, pallets are loaded onto a trailer for local delivery. Position is responsible for unloading returned products and pallets/plastic flats.  Route truck loading involves selecting designated packages and flavors or pallets of products from the warehouse and loading them into the truck. Product/packages for each truck are customized based on the salespersons order. Position is responsible for unloading returned products and pallets/plastic flats.  Position requires lifting a very high volume of cases of product per day from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during a long work period. Requires constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting reaching and grasping as product is moved.  PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:  Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable) Mark load ticket for out of stock items Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area Regular, reliable, predictable attendance BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:     18 years or older HELPFUL EXPERIENCE :  Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector/picking product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts, etc.) Driving a forklift (e.g., performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product, etc.) Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.) Experience working in a team environment (e.g., cooperating with co-workers, joint problem solving, etc.)
