Our Values: Leadership | Community | Integrity | Agility | Diversity JOB POSITION Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Team Lead, who will be responsible for all design requirements for our leader communications. The incumbent will report to Manager – Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed. JOB RESPONSIBILITY SE – FinOps will be responsible for the following: Cloud Economics Specialist: As a Cloud Economics Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily operations of cloud economics, which includes gathering the necessary data to generate reports and/or slides for CSP spend. Additionally, you will be responsible for the update of regular reporting for Client. Responsibilities : Be a subject matter expert on cost and usage data across cloud providers. Develop data pipelines, visualizations, metrics, and enterprise dashboards via automated solutions to centralize import information for consumption within FinOps and application/development teams. Develop technical requirements and solutions from technology leaders, vendor technical account managers, and engineers to improve cost allocation and visibility. Participate in automating, integrating, cleaning, and maturing the Multi-Cloud FinOps team's processes and data. Enable a cost conscience culture via data and insights. Contribute and drive the Multi-cloud FinOps Roadmap. Work with IT, Procurement, Finance, and Engineering executive stakeholders to develop requirements and success criteria aligned with the company objectives and goals. Participate in product evaluations and some architectural design review sessions to ensure tagging and container labeling and other cost savings are adhered to. Uphold's enterprise policy guidelines and recommends new and improved guidelines. Extract necessary data from various tools (such as CloudHealth, Harness, Cloudability, CloudCheckr, CSP Consoles, etc.) Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: engineering, business management, finance (master’s degree in accounting preferred) 3 to 5 years of developing data & analytics products via the cloud. Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative attitude, and proactive problem-solving skills. Proven experience developing data pipelines, metrics, and enterprise dashboards for enterprise consumption. Experience with cost and usage data and discount methods (e.g., Savings Plans, Reserved Instances). Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and cloud management tools. Knowledge in cloud provisioning with infrastructure as code. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly. Ability to influence others across multiple functional areas to drive change. Ability to think strategically, execute surgically, and prioritize multiple tasks or agendas under pressure. Experience in cost management tools such as CloudHealth, Cloudability, CloudCheckr. Experience with data analysis, specifically cloud financial management Demonstrate intermediate understanding of cloud managed services, the cloud billing process, and cost optimization Skills desired : FinOps experience in public cloud cost management and optimization on AWS, GCP, or Azure. Cloud and FinOps certifications. Experience with cloud migrations with an understanding of financial dynamics. Python & Terraform experience. Looker and/or Tableau dashboarding experience QUALIFICATION Bachelor-level degree in engineering, IT, data communications, telecommunications, computer science, or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of experience in IT. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES Experience in Cloud FinOps.
