  • Job Responsibilities :

1. Ensure L2/L3 level fault management for Enterprise Voice services.
2. Deep understandineg of SIP trunk, Centrex and Enterprise Toll free
services.
3. Handle emergencies and critical problems by coordinating at L3 level
/Core IP FM / TAC
4. Investigate faults / causes related to problems in Service / network
and provide RCA
5. Deal with complaints and escalations raised by Customer servive
/business teams
6. Handle and analyze Customer SR and recommend timely actions and
solutions
7. Guide engineers for configurations, fault management and trouble
shooting
8. Segmentize the problem, assign and coordinate with relevant teams for
Timly actions
9. Automate best practices, innovative methods and procedures
10. Ensure customer problems are resolved as per the TAT and SLA
provided by the business.
11. Repeat fault analysis and Improve service availability , quality
and performance by taking necessary actions
12. Carry out MIS reporting and analysis for trouble shooting and
development of ENOC operations

B.E. (Electronics and Tele Communication) / Diploma and relevant
