Overview of the job 

As a MR Channel Manager, you are accountable for delivering superior retail execution and superior customer value in line with our company’s superiority strategy by ensuring our brands are available, attractive and affordable both online and offline.

Responsibilities of the role 

· Plan, Sell, Review and Implement Distribution plans focusing on Power SKU’s for your Account/Cluster

· Plan Sell and Review pricing/promotion plan recommendations according to SBD guidelines

· Plan, Sell, Implement, and Review Assortment and Shelving plans to deliver improved share of SKUs and shelf and compliance to SBD principles

·Plan, Deploy, and Review store operations package to enable prefect in-store execution. ​

· Plan, Implement and Review appropriate internal controls to protect Company’s assets (IP & $): minimize accounts payable and delivering a balanced ITT budget

·Plan, Implement, and Review with Manager personal development plan to build Sales core competencies and experiences: specifically, competent selling skills through repetitive selling presentations

·Establish superior category expertise AND understanding of customer decision making and work processes via account penetration and influence to simplify selling

 

Job Qualifications

Master's Degree with 1 – 2 years of significant Sales experience in FMCG environment (Preferred)

SUMMARY OF ROLE   As a member of the Isolation Valves Oracle IT organization, the Oracle Order Management Business Analyst provides functional and technical support and expertise on Oracle Quote, Order and Pricing module for our Oracle single instance sites worldwide. This person, as well as their manager, will become our subject matter expert on Order Management business processes, including Quotation, Order management and Pricing and their integration points with other process areas, with a first focus on APAC region.   The role will provide support to sites that are in production, manage new enhancements and ensure common processes and best practices across sites, review global instance changes. The role will also have a particular focus on new implementations and support for the APAC region, but will also support other region where required.   PRINCIPLE  JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide application support to the Oracle Order management module (ASO, ONT, Pricing), as well as Pricing integration with Vendavo software Continuous review of Quote/Order processes and configuration to increase stability and reduce support calls Work with group support teams on issue resolutions: Emerson Application Support Group, DBA, Community of practices…  Develop strong relationship with business process owners and in particular the ISV Pricing team Work with Sales Leadership team to develop enhancements to support business process changes and improvements, organizational changes Facilitate discussions with end-users to translate business requirements into functional specifications When changes are required, manage the Request for Change process (RFC, FRS, TRS) Develop and maintain global system and process documentations Ensure processes are global, meaning they can benefit to all sites and do not harm any Participate in Emerson related community of practices meetings and global projects Support B2B initiative implementations such as MyEmerson (online store) or any EDI (BTAB, CIH…) Develop global training material, provide training to key users (train the trainer) Review and ensure adherence to Emerson standards Ensure compliance (i.e., trade and export, Sarbanes Oxley) in all aspects of implementation specifically related to their functional area Drive creation of testing scripts for our Quality Control & Quality Service team in their functional area, support regression testing where not covered yet by script.
