This is a fixed term contract for 1 year, based out of Mumbai

Overview of the Job:

As a Sales Specialist/Channel Manager – MS&P, you will undertake significant responsibilities right from the start. Your main role is to nurture and enhance a lasting partnership with your customers by consistently recommending them with solutions and strategies that align with their goals. Your continuous efforts in proposing such plans will contribute to the maintenance and growth of these valuable partnerships.

 

Overview of the function:

Roles vary, but teams typically include sales account managers, sales administrators, and sales representatives at various levels.

Your Team:

This role reports to MS&P Director.

• You will get a chance to work on a wide range of projects and get numerous opportunities that will create our future leaders.

• The team coordination for you will begin after a training program. You will gain knowledge of customer portfolio management, analysis, prioritizing, and specific corporate training. You will also develop skills or selling and communication.

Responsibilities of the role:

Data Analysis, Superior planning for Market strategy and Planning team:

  • Extract multiple distribution and sales reports from different sources and collate them in the desired concrete format.

• Take charge of dashboards and Master data files while ensuring that they are maintained in the format monthly (channel/ geography level)

• Track progress of initiatives via reports at geographic/ channel levels

 

Lead Coordination and Collaboration with multi-function teams to ensure superior on-ground execution:

Collaborate with internal teams on product pricing changes / new product launches and communicate the same to the desired partners.

• Collaborate with corporate assistant to build monthly channel rate-card.

• Collaborate with software team to perform user testing and check efficacy of monthly channel plans.

• Collaborate with design agency to build and deliver monthly sells, POSM (Point of Sale material) and product booklet.

• Track delivery and creation of POSMs across 29 States

• Collaborate with market planner to ensure stock sufficiency at all Distributor locations.

•  Collate national execution catalogue for key initiatives by collaborating with all sites.

• Lead coordination for product samples for MOT as and when needed.

• Sales fundamentals collation and report publishing

 

Be the administrative guide for the Category T

• Leading expense reports for entire Category Team

• Setting up meetings within Category Team

•  Travel bookings for Category eam members

•Pack-shot management (To be decided based on capacity)

 

 

Job Qualifications

Graduate (preferably in management)

At least 1 to 4 years of prior experience collating as well as analyzing data.

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must-have.

Having previous experience working with Nielsen Answers.

Prior experience in trade or retail marketing
