RESPONSIBILITIES

Mission :
Build and maintain functionalities, handle Production Monitoring and User Requests for I2R applications.

Main responsibilities :
Write Functional Specifications from Business Requirements
Ensure requirements are well understood, documented and translated to the development team
Define test plan / test cases and perform effective testing when required
Perform batch monitoring, analysis and resolution
Handle user account management, user access review
Perform daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly operational tasks

Skills:
Good requirements management/testing skills
Good troubleshooting/analytical skills
Skill in creating and maintaining technical documentation
Good experience in writing SQL Queries

PROFILE REQUIRED

Profile : 4-6 years experience in Business Analysis and Production Support activities. 
Domain knowledge in Banking is preferred.

Methodology: Agile

Technology and tools : SQL, Shell Script, UNIX, JIRA, MS Office

Behavioural Skills:
 Ability to work in a cross cultural team with multi geographical locations.
 Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with counterparts in SG Paris
