Responsibilities Key Roles and Responsibilities: Contract Management: Managing contract obligations between SG its clients (act as go-to person within MARK/GRS). Support the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and management of contracts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records in the contract management system. Act as an intermediary between Analysts, Sales, IT Support, Invoicing, and other teams. Quality control checks on contracts and client’s data Commercial Management: Responsible for SG Research P&L (Accounting and Economic). Lead commercial review and maintain existing client relationships including handling renegotiations, invoicing, terminations, and general client queries. Support commercial analysis, including identifying trends, assessing risks, and providing recommendations for process improvement. Prepare dashboards to management that helps in decision making. Overview of invoicing teams for invoices sent from SG to clients and ensure accuracy and timely payments receipt. Manage client interaction requests on different platforms and action client requests on priority without escalations.
