RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze functional business requests and align with project objectives

• Negotiate effectively with stakeholders on delivery expectations and timelines

• Guide the team in estimating backlog items (Backlog grooming)

• Decision Making and Conflict Management, should be able to take decisions, make commitments on behalf of team and progress/guide team members through ambiguity

• Knowledge & Implementation of best practices and processes on functional testing activities & strategy definition

• Delivery Accountability with support from PO and feature team members

• Help remove impediments in delivery with right support from PO and FT members. Ensure the reporting in pair with Product Owner

• Ensures the reporting on progress and delivery of the features is done periodically to project stakeholders

• Must be able to run Scrum meetings independently and be in control of delivery responsibilities

• Presentation Skills Decent enough to present status, viewpoints during scrum of scrums, PI meetings , demo, grooming, retrospection et al..

• Representative for the communication and co-ordination with other teams

PROFILE REQUIRED

* Knowledge on the Third Party data management

* Worked as a Business Analyst in the past

* Good Written / Oral communication

* Good Analytical Skills

* Basic SQL knowledge to query data

* Be able to perform tests on the use cases developed
