Main Purpose –

• He/she will be responsible the VSPS (Vegetable Seeds Product Supply) to understand business needs, prepare technical requirements, support on the best solution to be set up and manage the implementation. And automation and digitalization effort to cost optimization and process improvements.
• This position will build analytics solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making that will help business leaders solve problems and create more value to stakeholder
• To understand and create the opportunity cross functionally in line with the digital road map.
• This role will be key in build, support and  sustain the existing digital tools.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities –

• Look at Supply chain and associated functional departments to analyses and understand the digital opportunities and be a catalyst for digital journey.
• Provide business consultancy and assistance in areas related to Process Automation, Reporting and Data Visualization.
• Building knowledge and capabilities in emerging technologies or improving the existing one, by keeping a focus on the market trend
• Ensure the compliance of the solutions, fulfilling the IT guidelines
  Work with cross-functional teams to streamline database structure and develop integrated systems help us streamline the process.
• Quick leaner to adopt existing tools and new technologies.
• Develop advance solutions, related to automation and data visualization, with high level of added value.
• Conduct Training and workshops in areas related to Process Automation, Reporting and Data Visualization
• Showcase ability to work independently or in group across cultures.
• Effectively present your findings to product partners

Qualifications & Competencies –

• Bachelor’s degree or Masters degree with 6+ years of experience in Computer science or data analytics or in related area.
• Hands on experience in the design and development of front-end or end to end hybrid tools
• Experience in Power Apps & Power Automate
• Experience in visualization tools like Tableau or Spotfire etc
• Experience in BI/Data Visualization (PBI, Tableau, etc)
• Experience in SQL/database administration (SQL Server, MySQL
• Experience in Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning (Python, R, etc)
• Experience in Programming (Python, VBA, Office Add In, C#, NET
• Processing and analyzing large data sets etc.
• Good Knowledge in building no code base application in MS platform
• Experience in designing and building the reporting data structures will be preferred.
• Good communication skills to convey use cases to non-technical partners
