Indirect Tax

• Automate the GST compliance process for India and lead the creation of necessary reports.
• Provide the required inputs to the external consultants for preparation of returns.
• Review and file the monthly GST returns as prepared.

Direct Tax

Strengthen the TDS/TCS process in India.

• Identify the right TDS/TCS setup for vendors and customers.
• Monthly review of invoices recorded and make corrections if any required.
• Liaising with external tax consultants for payment of monthly TDS/TCS.
• Preparation and submission of quarterly TDS/TCS returns.
• Co-ordinate with Tax Auditors for Corporate Income tax.
• Take up any additional compliances required in direct and indirect taxation.

Accounting

• Ensure that the recorded data by the accounting shared service team is accurate, on time, and comply with the accounting standards
• Automate wherever possible, processes, to ensure minimal intervention of the local team
• Co-ordinate with the external auditors for the annual audit of the company and provide all required information
