JOB SUMMARY-
- NPS Onboarding process of issuing annuity policies to NPS (National Pension Scheme) subscribers who have retired from their services and are required to invest their corpus into annuity plan
- TALIC as annuity service provider issue Annuity plan as to these subscribers against the corpus they have
- Data of NPS subscribers who are about to retire in coming months is shared with TALIC. TALIC is expected to connect with these subscribers and source a suitable annuity plan.
- Ops team is involved in processing of these applications in system and getting the policies issued. This involves tracking of leads received, lead allocation, Funds collection entries in system, Underwriting & Issuance.
- The process is to manage the CKYC registration. The candidate will have to co-ordinate with various teams to streamline the process and monitor those. The job requires commitment to deliver outstanding results through accepting and setting challenging goals, continuous innovation and effective execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
NPS
· Monitoring of NPS Subscribers policy issuance process
· Data extraction from CRA portal; sharing the leads with sales team
· Cashiering of proposal post receipt of corpus amount and forwarding accounting entries to Finance team.
· Co-ordinate with sales team on policy submission.
· Updating details on CRA portal post receipt of funds and post issuance of policy.
· Managing Digital Signature Certificates - Creation and renewal
· Dashboard preparation on daily basis
· Work on System integration between CRA & TALIC. Development & UAT Testing
· Report automation through system.
· Work closely with BSG / IT & Vendor team for system development and process automation
· UAT Testing and tracking of PIRs to closure
· Preparing process notes & SOP
CKYC Registration and Monitoring
· Initiate CKYC registration process on periodic basis
· Work closely with IT team on system solutions till closure for complete automation of process
· Reporting to compliance on transactions done
· End to End tracking of CKYC registration from Policy issuance to customer communication of CKYC No
· Recon of CKYC done / Not done cases with reason for failures
· Sending customer communication post CKYC registration through SMS / mail.
· Managing Digital Signature Certificates - Creation and renewal
· Processing of Vendor bills
· Work closely with BSG / IT & Vendor team for system development and process automation
· UAT Testing and tracking of PIRs to closure
· Volume projection calculation, raising of Purchase Requests, Invoice processing and replenishment of balance on govt. portal.
· Preparing process notes & SOP

Qualification and experience-
Essential -
§ Graduate/Post Graduate preferably in Finance or Insurance
§ Good technical knowledge of Life underwriting systems, grids & rule sets including Term & Health business UW.
§ 3-5 years of related experience working in Insurance Operations
Desired-
§ Worked in Dashboard preparation & MIS / preparation on management reports
§ Knowledge of Financial services operations.
