POSITION PURPOSE: Contribute to the effective performance of in process and finished products by ensuring that all the analytical data generated are accurate, reliable, and timely with safety and in accordance with established and standard methods/procedures of Quality Assurance department. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and maintain finished good time bound activities like sampling analysis results recording in SAP and maintain approved analytical records. Batch allocations to allocate respective customers for deliveries as per the customer specific specification requirements and issuance of COA. Ensure for minimum quality complaints/rejection of FG Material from the customers and attend customer complaints regarding quality. Support to production for FG NC batches blending /reprocess and issue suitable batchs to AI production as per the quality specification. Ensure the proper monitoring and the maintenance of QC equipment and instrument. Review the Equipment qualification protocol and reports. Evaluates production operations from a strategic level to ensure that products meet quality, integrity, functionality, and other specifications and requirements. Develops and implements quality standard testing and evaluation processes. Reviews quality control documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance. Review and approval of specifications and standard test procedure for raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, intermediates and final products. Review the Chromatograms and results of tested batches of Raw materials, in-process intermediates and finished products. Review the analytical method validation protocol, report, and Data verifications. Ensure sampling of raw materials, packing materials is perform as per the current SOP. Ensure Analysis is perform as per the current Specification and STP. Testing verification and release/rejection of raw materials, packing materials, Intermediates and as per the current specification and STP. Ensure calibration and preventive maintenance of laboratory instruments are to be performed within Due date. Review and approval of the outside laboratories test reports of QC-related samples. Complaints handling with respect to QC/QA in co-ordination with Marketing Department. Ensure proper maintenance of control samples (storage, retrieval and retention.) Ensure Purchase, storage, tracking the laboratory chemicals, primary reference standards and handling of Reference / working standards as per the Quality requirements. Ensure proper utilization of equipment and manpower. Ensure that the analysis data is maintained and periodic backup and retrieval of electronic data shall be performed as per the current SOP. To ensure laboratory safety and housekeeping round the clock. Maintain ISO Systems and Audit and documents preparation for IMS system like ISO9001,1401& 45001 . Monitor and maintain employee’s Health and safety to achieve GQHSE target. Available resources and Departmental BBS activity and responsible for Safety P&PS & EHS to comlly audit findings. Preparation of OSHRA activities and Laboratory A3/A4 review and complies the findings. Ensure Optimum utilization of available resources, laboratory equipment and manpower. WHO YOU ARE Master’s degree in Chemistry; Organic Chemistry/Analytical chemistry. Experience- Minimum 15-20 years work experience in largescale chemical and pesticides industries. Preferable at least 10years experience in core Quality Control area. Ability to prioritize workload to optimize efficiency and productivity of the laboratory. Ability to meet deadlines and remain calm under pressure. Having good Analytical skills and quickly determine root cause. Enthusiasm to participate in cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously and problem solving approach Proactive approach with good communication skills; Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus. Competency: Knowledge of Chemical plant process, Good knowledge on sophisticated laboratory instruments like GC, HPLC, GC-MS ,LC-MS and other laboratory equipment.
