Main Purpose - The TMS super user is a key member in the Distribution Governance team, leading developments on Transport Management Systems (TMS) and transport processes for broader Logistics and Manufacturing teams across India Maintain, test & enhance current and future Blue-Yonder(JDA) TMS system capabilities. Drive compliance & improvements to existing processes. Communicate & collaborate with all internal and external stakeholders on many improvement topics. This role will report to the Logistics Lead. Key Tasks & Responsibilities - Provide TMS expertise to challenge, support, enable, implement and improve business performance and processes. Provide expertise on current processes and methods related to Transport management in order to support TMS Key Users, other Super Users, Process & Governance team and Procurement about the tool’s capabilities. Work across India geographies and functions (e.g. Distribution, customer service, procurement. finance, commercial, IT, etc.) to build and continually improve TMS design capabilities and coach individuals in their competencies across the organization and in connected functions. To ensure that new processes from other initiatives are aligned with TMS i.e. LMV (Last Mile Visibility). Develop a metrics system and supplier scorecard with Procurement to evaluate carriers KPIs. Work with Transport Modeler (TMod) Super User to discover new optimization opportunities. Instrumental in issue escalation and resolution within the country for process related to Transport Review design, finalize the test strategy, test plans, solution acceptance criteria, coordination with users, etc. Facilitate change management process overview presentations to team members and act as subject matter expert (SME) for any new change implemented that might impact Logistics team and/or logistics suppliers. India representative within Global transport meetings (enhancements, superuser network, etc). Key Working Relations – TMS users in Operational teams (country SCM, site logistics, distribution operations, triangulation team) Customer Service & Distribution Excellence Team Procurement Regional/Global Distribution Regional/Global IT Qualifications & Competencies – Relevant university bachelor degree is a plus 3+ years relevant experience Advanced Excel skills Expertise on SAP-ERP IT, technical or system architecture background is a plus Self-starter that learns continuously Experience on Logistics environment, preferably in Crop Protection and Row Crops divisions Expertise on Blue Yonder (BY) Transport Management Solution (TMS) is a plus People skills (e.g. communication, training, coaching, collaboration) Networking skills across global group
