About the team: Affordability at Paytm is an Omni channel team that drives the EMI business at the point of sale, both for online and offline merchants. We partner with various OEMs / brands and merchant partners to offer affordability to the customers.
About the Role: Part of our Brand EMI Support Team and Managing the direct day-to-day requests received from various ground sales teams and internal stakeholders related to Brand EMI operations.
Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Timely Response to EMI escalation via multiple channels - Whatsapp, Email, Calls
2. Communicate proactively with internal & external stakeholders.
3. Compliance check regularly and escalate it to next-level support.
4. Escalates complicated issues to senior levels.
5. Deliver Activity reports, follow-up reports, and Monthly summary reports with high quality.
6. Coordination with frontline support teamDrive improvement and efficiency.
Superpowers / Key Skills Required:
1. Experience with any of the fintech support operations is preferred.
2. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Experience in working with Google spreadsheet and any other reporting tools will be an advantage.
3. Willingness to learn new products within a short span of time.
4. Min of 2+ of experience in operation support in the fintech space.
5. Experience in affordability/ fintech space is a plus
6. Must be a graduate
