About the Team :- Recharge and Utilities
Recharges and Utilities is a core business for Paytm. It includes 20+ categories including mobile recharge, electricity bill payments, DTH recharge, cylinder booking, etc. It is a critical business to onboard, engage and retain users on Paytm
Job Description:
•Managing online promotion campaigns for Merchandising on marketing channels(Paytm Homepage Properties, CRM, SEO, SEM etc.)
•End to end ownership of complete merchandising on the app and website for the vertical.
•Completely owning the ideation & execution of Category Sale Days & Big events promotion & marketing plan
•Coordinating with the Creative team, Category team, Promotion operations, Clevertap platform team to drive online campaigns.
•Monitoring effectiveness of sales and performance of the campaigns.
•Driving profitable sales by ensuring visibility, traction, and a positive customer experience.
•Extract and analyze data to interpret customer purchase behavior and share insights with respective business teams
•Tracking market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and market health.•Managing execution on all the platforms of (Desktop, Mobile site, Android, & iOS App) by creating affiliate, alliances, and partnership offers for different channels. The Successful
Applicant In order to apply successfully to this role, you should have:
•At least 2 year of merchandising experience in either fintech/e-commerce or digital tech forward company
•Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and show constant entrepreneurial initiative
•Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion
•Strong communication skills; experience in coordinating teams and communicating to Business teams
Good to have Skill sets :
1. Campaign Management & Optimization,
2. Knowledge or experience working on CRM tools like Moengage, Adobe, Cheetah, Clevertap etc.
3. Analytical Skills; familiarity with tools as MS Excel, JIRA, PAI Engage, Pulse & DataStudio
Education:
Under Graduation: Any Graduate in Any Specialization
Post Graduation: Post Graduation Not Required
