About the role: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to be part of our Sales team handling SAAS products.
Expectations/ Requirements for JD for Contact Center, Loyalty Solutions and HRMS
1. A hunter (not a farmer) who own revenue targets – monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual.
2. Gather leads via various sources, take outbound initiative to create a robust pipeline.
3. Develop long-term strategies and shorter-term plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.
4. Strong understanding of overall requirement and solutions and competitive offerings in the marketplace.
5. Comfortable presenting new solutions and ideas to customers as per the requirement.
6. Understand customer’s business to be able to explore opportunities and help customer meet their business objectives.
7. Understand product and solutions and to be able demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.
8. The person shall bear the responsibility of driving the sales of our product segment for the specified region.
9. To be responsible for the sale of product in the large enterprise segment in the region and achieve the sales revenue/targets Negotiation and closure of sales.
10. Understand current pain points, discuss appropriate solutions and value add with the customers 11. To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch according to their specifications
12. Developing and implementing B2B sales strategy, market mapping and analytics of the markets, 13. Drive customer engagements with the account management team.
14. Prepare business development strategies according to the needs of the client. Securing business opportunities by cultivating mutually beneficial business relationship with current and potential clients
15. Managing the entire Sales Life-cycle. Mapping potential enterprise clients and scheduling meetings with them. Effectively communicating with confidence with key stakeholders in the client organization (Brand Manager, CIO, CMO, CEO, Head HR, CFO)
16. Persistent follow up & rigorous lead monitoring to ensure sales closure Acquiring knowledge of prospect and its products.
17. Conducting Wide and Deep research on their business to be well prepared for client meetings 18.Building network through client references for developing business Plan weekly- sales- cycle and meet prospective clients on daily basis
19.Preparing client and market mapping reports for his business segment Deliver sales pitches and presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits of the product to influence purchase Prepare and present to management periodic (weekly & monthly) sales forecast
Skills:
1. Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and/or consultative sales techniques. Willing to travel and occasionally work unsocial hours.
2. Ability to complete assigned task in given timeline.
3. Good Communication skills. Be a good team worker demonstrating loyalty and commitment to the organization and team members.
4. Ability to do proper co-ordination with customer onsite. Ability to engage and influence a client; Past Experience in solution selling (Contact Centres, Telephony solutions, CRM, ERP, HRMS)
5. Should be able to understand Loyalty Solutions, PRIs, Contact Center cloud and On premise, Campaign manager Solution like sms, email, short code/long code
Technical Domain expertise :
– Should not be averse to understanding Technology.
– Should be able to handle large RFPs and response quality.
– Should be comfortable in understanding and explaining technology and solutions.
Business Development:
– Planning activities to achieve established targets
– Effective time and pipeline management to align sales efforts with sales targets
Ownership & Commitment:
– Able to see the larger picture, willing to take responsibility for tasks and initiatives.
– Attention to detail in planning and communication
Preference of Professional background (In either or both of the following):
– B2B Sales (Solutions)
– Direct Solution Sales (Telephony, Contact Center, Banking, CRM, ERP, HRMS etc)

11. 8+ years of experience in client hunting Preferably from Contact Center/Telecom/Media industry/SAAS Solution industry
