Job Description:L4 - EV Battery Integration Lead
1. Knowledge of vehicle integration of EV aggregates, battery technology, EV technology.
2. Awareness of cell technology.
3. System level concept engineering, system level packaging.
4. Benchmarking, EV architecture development, Concept engineering.
5. Expertise in structural design, CAD and CAE.
6. Knowledge of thermal, electrical engineering.
7. Project documentation review, 2D drawing / 3D CAD review.
8. Project planning, tracking, reporting, change management, risk management, budget planning, project review, resource management.
9. Experience with EV field issues handling.
Job Responsibility:(Describe responsibility of this position for above deliverables)
1. Lead overall battery-vehicle integration for NPI projects.
2. Lead battery integration activities and execution with program CFT.
3. Review battery pack development and vehicle integration with supplier.
4. Lead battery mechanical and electrical integration activities, 3D CAD / 2D drawing review, DMU review and PLM release.
5. Lead field issues resolution, status tracking and review.
6. Support to battery pack testing, DVP development and vehicle level testing.
7. Project documentation RFQ, SOR, TRSO, PDSR, DFMEA, DFA, DFS review and signoff.
8. Support vehicle proto / production build, build issue resolution and documentation.
9. Lead / Support to Indenting and PO formalities.
10. Support Thermal engineering, CAE, HV & LV architecture.
11. Create and update project tracking documents.
12. Budget planning, change management, risk management activities, issue escalation, activity planning, support strategy development, resource management."
Minimum Qualification & Specialization (e.g. BE-Mech): "Masters in Mechanical Engineering
8-10 + Year Experience in vehicle integration.
Experience in EV battery vehicle integration."
Skills :
1. Knowledge of vehicle integration of EV aggregates.
2. Knowledge of EV technology, battery technology, cell technology current and future trends.
3. Ability to lead team and manage people.
5. Detailed knowledge in mechanical / thermal domain, battery development, vehicle integration.
6. Lead release process, project documentation, handle field issues.
7. Lead DMU study for vehicle integration, structural design, CAE and thermal management.
8. Communication skills, project management, project planning, people management.
9. Knowledge of project management tools, budget management, resource management.
10. Knowledge of EV field issues handling and resolution."
