Objectives of the Job:

•  Responsible for battery development, which is embedded in the powertrain development department. The focus of the product development lies on design and mechanics

•    Enthusiastic and inspiring leadership of an large organization of experienced engineers to provide guidance and sense of purpose

•   Technical consulting for requirements gathering, defining the scope of work, establishing the working model for collaborations with RD Germany

•  Strategic planning and continues stakeholders management to ensure high quality and alignment

•  Identify current and future technologies and upskill/reskill the colleagues to meet the changing business requirements and develop individual Talents

•    Define steps to increase the overall efficiency of the people by necessary measures

•  Planning and controlling of assigned budget and resources
