Job description 

This role will provide support to the SOX Audit and internal Audit function of the company.

 

Essential Duties

  • Support and facilitate the SOX compliance
  • Understanding existing controls, identifying gaps in the current control environment and recommending additional controls to mitigate the open risks.
  • Performing internal audits, process reviews, SOP documentation and review of policies and procedures 
  • Assist in preparing risk assessment, audit plan programs, working papers, and internal audit reports 
  • Assist seniors & managers in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives.
  • Understanding existing controls, identifying gaps in the current control environment and recommending additional controls to mitigate the open risks
  • Contribute to the development of audit processes improvements.
  • Use knowledge of the current environment and industry trends to identify potential audit issues

 
Minimum Qualifications

Education

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant

Experience

  • 2-4 years’ experience preferably Internal Audits, SOX testing or Statutory Audits. 

Work Skills

  • Exhibit and promote good personal and professional ethics.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting concepts and process/controls related to Revenue, Financial close and Reporting, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Treasury, Tax, HR Payroll, etc.
  • Working knowledge of General IT control concepts is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to support high-caliber SOX controls testing and other internal control initiatives.
  • Ability to work independently, deliver high quality output under time pressure and prioritize competing workloads.
  • Strong problem solving & organization skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience of working well in small teams

Job description  Person Specification:    The successful candidate will be an experienced leader responsible for owning and operating the IT SOX Controls framework.   Job Description: Ownership of Risk Control Matrix (RCM) for all IT SOX controls. Manage any changes to IT SOX processes and update based on discussions with control owners. Job description  Description : The ISG Research Analyst supports dedicated research studies aligned to BPO/ITO services industry verticals such as Travel &Transportation, Retail, CPG or technology topics such as ADM, Cloud, Data Center service. The candidate is expected to develop expertise in that area and track all inquiries. The Analyst is expected to conduct secondary research on specific companies for benchmarking assessment, create service provider profiles, track competitive landscape, and market trends. Another key dimension of the role will be to work with databases on outsourcing contracts and allied areas. This will require strong excel and analytical skills. The candidate will have significant ITO or BPO research experience, strong English writing and speaking skills, extensive experience in performing secondary research, and exceptional organizational skills.
