Position Description
The ISG Consultant is expected to contribute to the success of ISG consulting engagements whilst seeking opportunities to continue their personal and professional development. He or She demonstrates a motivation to succeed by taking on increasing and varying responsibilities and is expected to manage a small project with little to no assistance. A Consultant should be able to work mostly independently, with limited oversight. It is expected that the Consultant will begin developing detailed knowledge in the focus areas of Cost Optimization and Benchmarking services offered by ISG.

About You

Our ideal candidate will need:

  • 3-8 years recent relevant experience within professional services
  • Demonstrates an understanding of key consulting methodologies and frameworks and has a client-centric mindset.
  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge with MS-Office suite of software applications and tools, including Microsoft Word, Project, MS-Outlook and particularly strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and applies them within assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Adapts and responds well to change, is open to new ideas.
  • Developing expertise and confidence to take on specific areas of responsibility on engagements with little oversight.
  • Demonstrates a natural ability in data analysis; is able to assimilate large datasets and provide fact-based insights and recommendations.
