What success looks like in this role:
• Gains familiarity with Network Operations concepts, practices and methodologies.
• With guidance, performs standard analytical, project support, user training and/or related duties, including:
o Working with team, business and other stakeholders to gather and consolidate business / functional requirements,
o Assisting with business case and process flow development,
o Assisting with determination of how proposed developments / changes may impact ongoing business operations,
o Determining user readiness and potential training requirements,
o Developing and implementing new feature testing procedures,
o Monitoring feature performance and troubleshooting emerging issues, and
o Supporting quality assurance assessments / evaluations.
• Develops and maintains relevant documentation.
• Gains understanding of and ensures adherence to company standards.
• Develops positive working relationships with relevant teams, vendors and other relevant stakeholders
• Assists with special projects as assigned.
• May provide support on an on-call basis, 24X7.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
