Job Summary

Associate will be involved in the review of CSV deliverables and Document Management for Life science products.

Responsibilities

The Quality & Compliance Senior Associate is a key contributor to the Quality and Compliance Team. This position is responsible to ensure Quality management system is followed during the release of the LS products. This position works closely with Quality and Compliance team leader to transfer knowledge and gain the experience needed to lead Quality and Compliance initiatives. This position works collaboratively with other team members to support internal process development and improvement.

Reviews/Approve deliverables as identified in the list of Deliverables as per Quality Plan

Participate in review/approval of requirements

Provides post-approval for test runs verifying that the execution of the script met product practices for testing

Perform periodic reviews for applications

Perform Audit Trail review for applications

Track and remediate audit observations

Support vendor assessment for the tools

Review CV RD and training evidence for product team associates

Review SOP and WI for LS Products

Assist in the creation and implementation of technical training and documentation related to the above topics Collaborate with other offices worldwide to provide first class support for mission-critical customers.   Required Skills Minimum Bachelor Degree B.E. in Computer Science, Information technology , E&TC, Masters in Computer Application MCA 0 to 2 years of Windchill functionality/configuration experience OR Freshers Exposure to Java and DB is a must . Strong written and verbal communication skills Unix/Windows: User level with basic administration knowledge Baisc Networking is a plus. Oracle Certified Java Programmer (SCJP), Oracle Certified DBA will be an added advantage.

Job Description Job Description Summary PLM Upgrade team in PTC is responsible for timely upgrade of the AWS/Azure hosted Windchill environments to the latest releases as per the defined project cycles. Associate Engineer in the team will be responsible for the execution of the Technical upgrade as per the Process and supervision   The role required to work mostly during Europe hours to have overlap with customer time zones. Since the work is project based, the amount of time spent on project tasks will be flexible, on given day, will be based on the phase of the project. During Production Go-live of the Upgrade Projects, this role requires to work on weekends (Frequency - 1 or 2 weekends per quarter) for continuous hours, depending in the complexity of the tasks   Job Description Work on the Upgrade projects of PTC hosted (on AWS/Azure) PLM applications, through multiple rehearsals under supervision.
