Overview

The Junior HRIS Analyst will support PowerSchool’s PX-related Human Resource Information System (HRIS), UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), and contribute to the operation of other PX-related systems such as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). This position will be part of our global PX Team, responsible for assisting in seamless system maintenance through processing standard updates to various modules. With a focus on supporting continuous improvements and process efficiencies, you will work collaboratively across multiple disciplines and stakeholders to ensure system infrastructure successfully supports the organization’s needs

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • Assist with and support HRIS maintenance, through processing mass imports, assisting with administering the Talent Development module (i.e., performance management, goals, succession planning) as well as the Employee Engagement survey configurations
  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of our ATS and LMS platforms, including access management and course assignment
  • Provide first-level support for system processes by monitoring system errors and discrepancies, addressing issues and escalating as needed
  • Ensure timely resolution of supports tickets by adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and providing strong customer service
  • Conduct regular data audits and ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Assist in creating and maintaining detailed solution documents such as user guides, training materials and system documentation
  • Participate in reviewing and testing new releases, developing supporting materials, updating existing content (if applicable), drafting and generating communication updates to impacted users
  • Support HRIS-related projects including implementations and change request enhancements by participating in project meetings, supporting testing needs, and developing needing documentation
  • Research best practices, identify opportunities for improvement. Stay agile with new priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Participate in the development of the technology roadmap and enhancement initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications include:

  • A bachelor's degree in the relevant field
  • 1-2 years of experience in HRIS or a related system administration role
  • Exposure to UKG and global support is preferred
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Familiarity with SQL and BI reporting is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic project management skills are a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communicational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
