Roles and Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria and accordingly create job descriptions.
  • Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks.
  • Help onboard new employees and ensure proper documentation is completed.

 

Operations:

  • Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as filing and data entry, and daily coordination with the admin staff for facility management.
  • Provide support to the HR Manager and the HR Team as needed.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics as and when required.
  • Organizing events and preparing plans to ensure employee motivation and engagement.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Your attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion will be essential in this role.
  • Should be a self-starter, with ‘out of the box’ and strategic thinking ability.
  • Good written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Should have quick adaptability. Strong interpersonal skills and someone who loves working for people.
  • Strong Excel Skills
