Global Services Group (GSG) brings together the company’s external and internal servicing functions, such as Global Servicing Network, which provides exceptional care to our external customers, and several internal functions which provides many of the vital internal services that make American Express run efficiently.  Sales & Business Enablement utility (SABE)  Reporting , Insights and Operations enablement ( RIO ) within GSG is an internal servicing team providing sale performance reporting and Insights, analytics  & operations enablement services  for all business units in the company Responsibilities:   Analyst Brand Initiative will be responsible for performing due diligence on existing and newly onboarded merchants to ensure compliance with the Acquistion polices and thereby help in evading the illegal or brand damaging activities  Support Brand Initiatives for GMNS Control Management team. Conduct due diligence on new internet merchants to ensure merchant are not engaged in any violations or brand damaging activities Delivery of daily program framework, tasks, processes and communications as required to adhere to the process requirements Critical understanding of different violations Communication with global stakeholders and Compliance Officers Support in internal policy changes Develop ideas to enhance the process where needed. Reporting issues to Program leader, Policy and Program Governance Reporting Team and Third parties  Support the development of registering high risk industries with Global Network business Minimum Qualifications 0-3 years experience in operations/ Control Management/Governance profile Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without close supervision Strong Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to interact at all levels. Excellent problem solving skills (issue identification, problem structuring, analysis, development of recommendations) Demonstrated analytical skills including the ability to think through all aspects of problems and generate possible courses of action  Experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint Preferred Qualifications Graduate/Post Graduation in any discipline
