Job description 

Role Detail:

Title: Software Asset Management

Reports To: Product Manager

Purpose of the Role: To manage and optimize the use of software within the organization, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage license renewal and addendum processes for software products.

Coordinate installation and upgrades for Servers.

Handle ad-hoc requests for product demonstrations and onboarding.

Participate in and conduct weekly vendor calls to monitor product usage and performance.

Conduct feasibility studies for the integration of new products.

Update and maintain the EY App Store and country approver list.

Troubleshoot issues related to the App Store.

Monitor usage and consumption reports for license management.

Oversee the license re-harvesting process.

Remediate vulnerabilities reported by GVM scans.

Review and update the FAQ section as needed.

Educational Requirements Bachelor of Engineering Service Line Data & Analytics Unit Technical and Professional Requirements: : Working experience in a financial services organization including Regulatory reporting & submissions, risk management, finance and technology. · In depth domain knowledge in Retail and Commercial Banking especially in Lending, Financial Crime, Risk and Compliance, Cards & Payments, AML and KYC. · Knowledge (or understanding) of regulatory frameworks, risk management principles within a financial services firm. · Strong written and verbal skills. · Strong knowledge of Data Science, Data structures, data modelling and software architecture. · A strong SQL background is essential to help with business data and meaningful insights for Business stakeholders. · Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools to create clear and meaningful documents for relevant stakeholders. · High proficiency in financial data analysis skills such as Data preparation, applying Statistical techniques and Reporting with visualization. · Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
