Responsibilities
Engage with customer and deeply understand their needs using strong consulting skills and provide data and analytics solutions to meet business requirement. · Strong proficiency in Retail and Commercial banking and should drive Analytics solutions in Lending, Financial Crime, Risk and Compliance etc. · Solving complex problems with datasets and derive insights and commentary using advance data and analytics skills. · Initiative in keeping abreast of changing industry practices, analysis and design methods, tools and techniques and emerging technologies. · Work with multiple customers to drive Data and Analytics requirements, which would include execution of campaigns, GTMs, RFPs etc. across geographies. · Oversee prototypes for demonstration and illustration purposes for peer groups, Business partners, or senior leaders.

Technical and Professional Requirements:
: Working experience in a financial services organization including Regulatory reporting & submissions, risk management, finance and technology. · In depth domain knowledge in Retail and Commercial Banking especially in Lending, Financial Crime, Risk and Compliance, Cards & Payments, AML and KYC. · Knowledge (or understanding) of regulatory frameworks, risk management principles within a financial services firm. · Strong written and verbal skills. · Strong knowledge of Data Science, Data structures, data modelling and software architecture. · A strong SQL background is essential to help with business data and meaningful insights for Business stakeholders. · Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools to create clear and meaningful documents for relevant stakeholders. · High proficiency in financial data analysis skills such as Data preparation, applying Statistical techniques and Reporting with visualization. · Strong quantitative and analytical competency.
