Job description 

As a Project Manager, you would be required to develop project plans and ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget. You would be required to work across multiple stakeholders and manage individual tasks with respective teams.

Responsibilities:

• Initiating the project, planning and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management and stakeholders
• Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes
• Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project team and ensuring that they have the tools required for delivering the project on time
• Completing the project and creating required documentation and reports for the management
• Effectively managing and running Change Boards for projects after Go-Live
• Ensuring coordination and effective communication between different workstreams
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Document risks and maintain effective Risk Registers
• Draft custom communications for different audiences

Required Skills :

• Proven working experience as a project manager for a global project OR affecting multiple organisations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong Problem Solving ability
• Strong Risk management and mitigation skills
• PMP certification is a plus

Education :

• Bachelor's Degree
