The ideal candidate would have the following:
Experience in handling complex, cross-functional projects
Solid understanding of phase gates, multi-swim lane programs and release process
Experience with JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, and other enterprise Project Management tools
Experience with and deep understanding of a project management methodology with PMP or equivalent
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and partners in different time zones in matrix environment
Experience moving engineering programs and products from inception to delivery, articulating impact using clear and concise KPIs and metrics
Experience in Semiconductor technology is a strong plus
Excellent communication, collaboration skills and ability to multi-task with ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
Ability to manage rapid development cycles, remain flexible, calm and drive clarity in ambiguous setting
Solid Team player, understand team capabilities and priorities
Self-motivated and pro-active with proven creative and critical thinking capabilities with curious mindset
Proficient in writing SQL working with large data volumes, PowerBI and/or Tableau is nice to have
The right candidate will work with Semiconductor Package Engineering teams, Designers, Cross-Functional Partners, Business units, Automation, Program Managers and Operations team. In addition, this role will be responsible for the following:
Successfully develop and execute work plans by leading scope, schedule, deliverables, and resource allocation
Actively and deftly collaborate with business and engineering teams on innovative solutions
Proactively identify and communicate project issues, risks and mitigation plans
Prioritize issues, negotiate, and set expectations with team members, partners and senior management
Lead cross-functional teams with only consultative direction from management
