Job Description:
• Partner with practice leaders within the organization to track and fulfil ongoing hiring needs
• Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process
• Determine current hiring needs and producing forecasts
• Design and run hiring drives as and when needed
• Adopt practices that ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process
• Be adept at vendor management specific to Talent Acquisition Partners inclusive of selection, contract negotiation, controlling costs, and ensuring delivery
• Manage KPIs like time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and candidate satisfaction
• Identify and manage tools and methods to enable the overall recruitment process smoothly
• Lead employment branding initiatives
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Building the right funnel for all hiring needs through effective and innovative sourcing
• Robust tracking and reporting across all stages of recruitment cycle
• Regularly use metrics to create actionable reports and identify areas of improvement
• Driving the meetings with all internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the end-to end onboarding process for the incoming employees
• Manage the background verification process for the incoming employees
• Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels.
• Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and do specific head hunting as required
Requirements
• The candidate should have the following skills and traits
• Strong proven experience in a talent acquisition
• Overall experience of minimum 10 years
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Highly energetic individual, an excellent multi-tasker, and a go-getter
• Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong work ethics and trustworthiness
• Work accurately with attention to detail by maintaining confidentiality and integrity
• Strong Excel and Power Point skills
