Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering feedback.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist in generating recruitment reports.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition-related activities.
Coordinator Duties: Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, including posting job openings, managing recruitment documents, and coordinating with external vendors.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in human resources and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
