The Infrastructure team provides AWS and Amazon with the compute, network and datacenter capacity that are the foundations of the retail and cloud business.
The Portfolio and Asset Management (PAM) team is looking for a talented candidate (Intern) for our Mumbai based Corporate office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the APJC PAM team to:
• Manage colocation and lease records in lease management processes and platforms
• Manage and review rent obligations in the payment platforms
• Review financial abstraction accuracy and perform quality control checks
The ideal candidate should possess sound computer skills in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Outlook, Good Project Management Skills, Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to maintain and manage accurate data and to prioritize work within tight operational deadlines, able to provide solutions and strategies for stakeholder’s needs and concerns when required

Key job responsibilities
• Manage emails and document workflow to ensure Turn Around Time KPIs are met and maintained
• Ingestion of rent invoices for colocation and data center locations into the lease database tool
• Review contracts and related documents for abstraction of contractual obligations including rent, critical dates and clauses
• Generate Accounts Payable reports and prepare invoices for payment
• Complete all duties with a focus on cost avoidance for our clients
• Partner with and support key stakeholders to help ensure accurate and timely payments
• Work closely with internal Stakeholders to resolve payment and documentation related queries

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduating in 2025 and 2026
• Undergraduate, pursuing accounting, business, commerce, finance or relevant discipline from an accredited university - with 60% or above score
• Required strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to details high degree of workplace ethics and integrity
• Readiness to change receptivity to new ideas
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel Pivots, Power Pivots, Macros etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Penultimate year student studying towards a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, commerce, finance or relevant discipline from an accredited university
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to leadership teams
