About role:

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to strengthen our team and drive our mission forward. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and executives to understand their staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and supports our rapid growth in the cybersecurity industry.

Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting optimization, candidate sourcing, resume screening, conducting interviews (phone, video, and in-person), reference checks, offer negotiations, and onboarding.

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, industry events, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates.

Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer brand, ensuring that our company is positioned as an employer of choice in the cybersecurity sector.

Candidate Evaluation: Assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role, providing insightful recommendations to hiring managers to support their decision-making process.

Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs, proactively engaging with potential candidates and keeping them informed about relevant opportunities.

Stakeholder Management: Establish strong partnerships with hiring managers and executives, providing regular updates on recruitment progress, advising on market trends and best practices, and driving a high-quality candidate experience.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, providing data-driven insights to enhance the hiring process.
Employer Value Proposition: Collaborate with the HR team to develop and enhance our employer value proposition, ensuring that our employee value proposition resonates with top cybersecurity professionals.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on both technical and non-technical positions.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring for product startups.

Excellent sourcing skills and experience with diverse candidate sourcing strategies, including online platforms, social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.

Demonstrated ability to assess technical skills and qualifications effectively, utilizing relevant assessment techniques and tools.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and executives.

Strong organizational and management skills, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

This would include in-house experience.   Ideally have previous experience recruiting in the finance, financial services, consultancy and/or professional services sectors.  Proven capability of managing an experienced hires portfolio to include similar roles to our job families detailed above. Strong relationship management skills, agility, and ability to pivot from one role to the next is critical for success.  Advanced candidate sourcing skills, with experience using various direct sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, etc.). A proven track record of being able to manage a portfolio of circa 20-30 job requisitions at any one time. Experience in utilizing an Application Tracking System (e.g. Workday). Strong business acumen combined with strategic business partnership and consulting, which delivers tangible results.  Possess a good grasp of the global economic and financial landscape and its impact on our business.  Numerate and accurate with figures and detail-orientated, coupled with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
